Ed Pearson started his adult life with a sense of duty to his country, committing a total of 8 years to the United States Army. Two years active duty, four years in the reserves and finally two years inactive ready reserves. After his active military career came to a close, Ed began working for others in the concrete drilling and sawing business in the Washington DC area. Ed did like most workers new to an industry, working his way up from the bottom of the ladder learning all the facets of the business. Hard work and perseverance earned Ed a reputation as a true craftsman in the field. In spite of finding sucess in DC Ed was motivated by the love of his wife and young children to seek a quieter more rural area for his family and a distant dream of starting his own contracting business in his area of expertise.
In 2003 after considering several communities in the tri state area, Ed and his wife found what they were looking for and soon settled in Felton Pa. After settling in PA Ed decided to take the next step towards his goal of starting his own business. With a sense of commitment at doing his best, a trait Ed contributes to his military training, he decided a business degree would increase his chance at success in starting his company. So he found a full time job that allowed him the flexibility to attend school. Over the next few years Ed worked countless hours between his job and his schooling. Finally in March of 2008 with his Business Degree just within reach Ed formed Corporate Drilling and Sawing LLC. By 2009 his hard work paid off and he received his associate's degree in Business Administration from Harrisburg Area Community College.
Ed quickly found that business conditions were favorable for the services he offered. With each passing year, Corporate Drilling and Sawing LLC has grown both in size and reputation as an asset to the industry. Since calling Pennsylvania home, Ed and his family have never regretted the decision to head north. Ed's love for his community is evident in the number of extended family members that have followed in his footsteps now calling Pennsylvania home. His gratitude for his success in business shows in his continued commitment to provide cost effective solutions and quality workmanship in the concrete cutting industry.
